Member of NRG’s Interim Senior Management Team – Responsibilities included:

• Planning and preparation of all aspects of the Chapter 11 filing.

• Execution of post-Chapter 11 reporting activities.

• A lead member of the dispute resolution team, which was responsible to develop strategies, build consensus, and negotiate settlement agreements (disputes resolved totaled approximately $300 million).

Interim Management (CFO) of Kendall – Responsible for leading the turnaround efforts of an underperforming NRG subsidiary, with $60 million of revenue, secured debt of $500 million and an equity investment of approximately $250 million.
