Lyle has more than 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years specializing in corporate restructuring and reorganizations.  His experience includes 15 years specializing in corporate restructuring with Zolfo Cooper. During his career at Zolfo Cooper, he was an integral asset to multiple high-profile restructuring assignments. Lyle’s broad responsibilities on these projects included: cash management; budgeting, business plan development, preparation of financial and cash flow projections, and internal and external financial reporting, which included reporting to the bankruptcy counts.

 

Lyle received an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
